You’ll see the stone-ringed fire pit ready for evening s’mores, and the quiet corners where the only sounds are the rustle of leaves and the sounds of a distant heron. Whether you’re cruising the grounds on the golf cart or soaking under the stars, this is where the woods meet comfort.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for family breakfasts, and the cozy sleeping quarters—including the spacious loft—designed for a restful night’s sleep. From the rich wood finishes to the thoughtful details in every room, our lakeside cabin is built for making memories and finding peace.

We loved staying at Lakeside Cabin for a week in October. The cabin was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed to entertain family and friends. The grounds are meticulously maintained and drop-dead gorgeous views. The weather was picture perfect the entire week. The covered pavilion with picnic tables was perfect for our family picnic. The hosts were the greatest! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

A surprising gem of a location, you’ll undoubtedly enjoy your stay at Lakeside Cabin. The grounds are well-kept, safe, clean and kid-friendly. Fishing is phenomenal in the big lake. A good getaway for a family or guys/gals-weekend. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic. This compound is an absolute gem. We had a weekend getaway with a group from college. The cabin was pristine and comfortable, more than enough bedding for small groups and families! Best part of the process was the communication with the owners Andy & Sara. A great resource to the local community and highly accommodating. 5/5 would highly recommend for a trip to Holiday World, Marengo Cave, or Hoosier National Forest!

A beautiful and secluded place to stay with various activities. You can fish, swim, kayak, relax in the hot tub, and ride the golf cart. The cabin is clean and comfortable. A perfect getaway! You will not be disappointed!

Great place to stay. We traveled with three kids 16-20 in age and their friends. We came to go to Holiday World (15 minutes away) but they said we could have just gone to the cabin, and it would have been just as fun. Bean bags, swimming, hot tub, kayaking and fishing; there is no end to the things to do. We saw deer, hummingbirds, herons, and the cutest little chipmunk. The fishing was amazing! Clean house, well-appointed kitchen, I could go on and on. Great stay and responsive hosts. 20/10 recommend.

This is a beautiful, secluded place with all the amenities you could ever want. You can fish in the lake, kayak or just walk the beautiful grounds. There’s a hot tub to relax in. You are not far from Holiday World. You will love the proprietors. Great people.

Was a great place to get away and enjoy some time with friends. Super clean and a ton of space to sleep/lounge around. So much to do here, whether it was hanging out at the on the water Tiki bar, playing cards in the screened in porch, swimming, or going to nearby Holiday World, there was never a dull moment! Met up with some friends and it was Amazing. Pictures do not show how beautiful the place really is! Hot tub, Lake and the gas fireplace were so nice. We will 100% be back again!!

Where do I start with this amazing property? We had the perfect weekend getaway at this little slice of heaven! From the moment we crested the hill and caught the first glimpse of the lake, we were amazed with the detail that the hosts put into make our stay memorable. They literally thought of everything! The communication was top notch, and they gracefully answered all of our questions! The lake was pristine and the tiki bar was the best hangout! Abundant wildlife and the most peaceful views. The cabin was spotless clean and loved having access to washer/dryer! We hope to enjoy this property many more times in the future!

Oh my gosh where to begin!!!! This cabin is a pure slice of heaven in southern Indiana! We had such a great weekend here and everything was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed ALL of the amenities – the hot tub, the views, the screened in porch, the lake and tiki bar, the fire pits – everything was absolutely amazing – the hosts have thought of everything! The cabin was so clean and well stocked, and the fun that was had by all and the memories made here are priceless! We might have to make this an annual trip!
